Adolescent Gynecology
Adolescence is marked by tremendous changes, and sometimes adolescents might have many queries regarding their physical well-being but do not want to voice them out. This course is concerned with the gynecologic issues associated with teenage years and early adulthood such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, delayed or precocious puberty, contraceptive measures, and congenital abnormalities of the reproductive system. Specialized speakers will elaborate on how to make a young patient feel comfortable and supported in the clinical setting.
