+ How can I submit an abstract?
You can submit the abstracts in accordance with the instructions. The webpage contains information about the format and rules. You can submit the abstracts via email or weblink.

+ How much time will be given for an oral presentation?
Each oral presenter will have 20 to 25 minutes in total — 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for audience questions and discussion.
With regard to the poster presentations, you will have 10 to 15 minutes to complete your presentation along with questions and discussion.
+ How can I become a sponsor or exhibitor?

− How long will it take to receive a response after submitting my abstract?
You will receive an acknowledgment email immediately after submission. The review process typically takes 2–4 days. If you haven’t received any communication, please reach us by email: gynecology@precisionglobalconferences.com
+ Can I get an official conference invitation letter for my employer or funding body?
Yes. Once your registration is complete, we will provide you with an official Invitation Letter as well as a Visa Cover Letter to support your travel and funding requirements
+ What is the Cancellation/ Refund Policy?
Yes, the registration fee is refundable. If you cancel it more than 120 days before the conference, your refund will be processed after deducting a $200 administrative fee.
Cancellations made less than 100 days before the conference are not eligible for a refund; however, the amount can be applied toward a future event.
Discounted registrations can also be transferred to the next edition of the conference or converted into a credit shell for later use.
+ What is the recommended poster size/dimensions?
The display area allotted for each poster is 1 meter wide by 1 meter high. Please ensure your poster is prepared within these dimensions.
+ Are co-authors eligible for a certificate?
No, co-authors who are not registered for the conference are not eligible to receive a certificate. Only registered participants will receive certification.
+ What format should my presentation slides be in?
Presentation files should be submitted in PPT or PDF format. Please ensure your slides are clear, well-organized, and easy to read for the audience.

The Gynecology World Conference (GWC 2026) successfully held as a joint event from July 20–22, 2026, at the Village Hotel Changi, Singapore, bringing together gynecologists, obstetricians, researchers, clinicians, educators, and womens health advocates from around the world. The conference provided a dynamic platform to advance knowledge, share evidence, and promote collaborative solutions across the full spectrum of womens health and wellbeing.
Centered on the theme Exploring the Full Spectrum of Gynecology: Health, Hormones, and Healing the joint event featured inspiring keynote sessions, oral and poster presentations, and expert discussions covering topics such as contraception and reproductive health, obstetrics and maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, menopause and hormonal transitions, PCOS and endometriosis, mental and emotional wellbeing, AI and digital innovation in womens care, and health equity.
The hybrid conference format encouraged active participation from both in person and virtual attendees, fostering meaningful collaboration, knowledge exchange, and international networking among experts from diverse disciplines within womens health and gynecology.
GWC 2026 reinforced the global commitment to advancing womens health through innovation, collaboration, and evidence based approaches to improve health outcomes worldwide.
