A series of unsuccessful embryo transfers and pregnancy loss can be one of the hardest times couples go through, and there is usually a lot more confusion than clarity that accompanies the experience. The purpose of this workshop is to bring together fertility experts and researchers who can provide an overview of what the science knows regarding the cause, including anatomical, genetic, hormonal, and immune considerations, as well as the evidence backing up current treatments and research.
