Cancellation policy in the Event of Natural Disasters:
Replacing, postponing, or even canceling an event due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural calamity, industrial clashes, terrorism, or warfare, cannot be the organizers responsibility for the loss or damage it may cause. Conference organizers are privileged to postpone or cancel all tragedies and unavoidable situations. On this premise, the organizer cannot agree on reimbursement for a conference member and its speaker to leave the current, alarming, threatening scenarios. However, the organizer will decide upon the transfers to any consecutive and related conference among the members registered and guests attended. The conference organizer shall not be liable for any physical injury, property loss, or damage suffered by the attendees during or after the conference.
Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy:
The cancellation policy is strictly followed, and all cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is made more than 120 days before the conference, a $200 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund. Cancellations made less than 100 days before the conference are not eligible for refunds however, they can be applied toward the next event. Discounted registrations can also be transferred to the subsequent event, or you may choose to receive a credit shell.
Processing Time: Refunds will be issued during the third week after the end of the conference

Applicants must have completed their registration and submitted an abstract to qualify for the support letter. Applicants must submit a scanned copy of their valid passport with a photo and a letter from their institution confirming support for their conference participation if required. Requests for a Visa Support Letter should be made well in advance. Last minute requests will not be processed.
